We LOVE the Conrad Hotel in Hong Kong nearly as much as we love the Conrad in Singapore.  It’s location is fabulous, the service is professional, the executive lounge is relaxing and accommodating for children (as long as they are well behaved), and the views over the harbour and foliage on the nearby hills are amazing.

Other perks include a large pool, a good fitness center, and connecting access to the Pacific Place Mall that has a very useful full service grocery store, called the Great Food Hall, on the ground floor that has tasty takeaway food for picnics in the Hồng Kong Park, located nearby, or for light suppers in our hotel room after a day of exploring with our daughter (and we are just too tired go out to dinner and are not in the mood for room service).

The hotel is close to transportation and the skyway system which can take you down to the harbour and a variety of malls without having to attempt to cross busy roads with a small child in tow.  The airport link train also has a shuttle bus directly to and from the hotel, which is convenient if you have lots of luggage.
